Papillon Yoga was born from a simple belief — that everyone deserves a sanctuary in the heart of Hong Kong's busy streets. After years of practicing across the world, our founder dreamed of a space where city dwellers could pause, breathe, and transform — one practice at a time.
We chose the name Papillon — butterfly in French — because it captures everything we believe yoga can be: a graceful, beautiful transformation from within. 🦋
This is our philosophy: "Live with grace, transform with Papillon."
Through yoga, we believe you can live more gracefully and transform — physically and mentally — together with our community. At Papillon Yoga, yoga is more than a physical practice. It's a way of life that helps you achieve balance, strength, and inner peace. ✨

Hi, my name is Kamal. I’m a Yoga Master from India, blending traditional yogic philosophy with modern practice. My classes focus on alignment, strength, mobility, flexibility, and mindful progression—guiding students to unite body, mind & spirit through authentic teaching.

Grace C
Hi everyone, I'm Grace! As a teacher, my focus is on making yoga truly accessible and enjoyable for everyone—especially beginners. I know firsthand how transformative a mindful practice can be, and I believe every body deserves to feel its benefits.

Alesha W
Alesha teaches yoga as a journey of body awareness and intentional movement. She invites students to embrace imperfection and discover their unique strength. Her classes, rooted in Vinyasa and Hatha, emphasize functional mobility and self‑connection. Through her guidance, students slow down, rediscover themselves, and find what feels good.
