Grace C
Founder & Yoga Instructor
Grace, founder of Papillon Yoga Studio, is an ERYT‑200 certified instructor with 5+ years’ experience. She blends dynamic and restorative practices including Aerial Yoga, Wheel Yoga, Meditation, and Sound Healing. Her joyful, inclusive teaching style empowers students of all levels to explore mind‑body connection. Papillon is her sanctuary for transformation—where community finds peace, growth, and renewal.

Master Kamal
Yoga Master Instructor
Kamal Mani, Founder and Director of Yogi Kamal Yoga (E-RYT 200), is a seasoned yoga master with over 18 years of teaching experience in Hong Kong and India. Holding an MSc in Yoga, he specializes in Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, Ashtanga, and Pre/Post-Natal Yoga. Beginning his journey at age 5, he blends traditional philosophy with modern practice to promote holistic well-being. Renowned for his clear, authentic teaching style, he inspires students to unite body, mind, and spirit through yoga.

Alesha
Yoga Instructor
Alesha teaches yoga as a journey of body awareness and intentional movement. She invites students to embrace imperfection and discover their unique strength. Her classes, rooted in Vinyasa and Hatha, emphasize functional mobility and self‑connection. Through her guidance, students slow down, rediscover themselves, and find what feels good.

Anne
Yoga Instructor
Anne has practiced yoga since 2006, specializing in Hatha and Vinyasa. With 500+ hours of certification, she brings expertise in advanced Hatha and inversion training. Her nurturing, accessible style emphasizes mindful movement, breath awareness, and balance on and off the mat. Anne inspires students to have fun while deepening their practice and connecting mind, body, and breath.

Ffion Sum
Yoga Instructor
Ffion is a dedicated yoga instructor with certifications in Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Prenatal, and Kids Yoga. Passionate about fostering wellness and inclusivity through mindful, safe, and engaging practices. Experienced in teaching diverse groups, from children and parents to adults, with a nurturing approach. Guides students to balance mindfulness and joy, encouraging self‑discovery and connection of body, breath, and mind.

Margaret
Yoga Instructor
Margaret, a cheerful and positive instructor, has practiced yoga since 2017 and holds 500+ hours of training. Certified in Hatha, Yin, Aerial, Wheel Yoga, and Tibetan Singing Bowl, she blends dynamic and restorative styles. Her teaching emphasizes strength, flexibility, safety, and mindful alignment with accessible options for all students. Margaret inspires joy and balance, guiding students to unite mind, body, and soul while finding inner peace.
