At Papillon, we love moving mindfully – but sometimes, mindful means stepping out of your comfort zone. That’s why we created Slow Sunday: Sunset Run & Ice Bath. This isn’t just a workout. It’s a full‑body reset: a gentle sunset run along the waterfront, followed by an invigorating ice bath that wakes up your body and mind.

❄️ Why Ice Bath?
Reduces inflammation – perfect after running or a long week.
Boosts mood & focus – cold exposure releases endorphins and dopamine. Improves circulation – trains your blood vessels to work more efficiently.
Builds mental resilience – learning to stay calm in the cold helps you stay calm in life.
🌬️ How to Breathe in the Ice Bath The secret to enjoying the cold?
Your breath. Inhale slowly through your nose for 3–4 seconds.
Exhale even slower through your mouth for 5–6 seconds (like blowing through a straw).
Keep your exhale longer than your inhale – this calms your nervous system and helps you relax into the cold.
